Paul A. Fuanyi, MHA, LNHA, CDP
School President
Paul obtained his Masters of Health Care Administration from UMass Lowell. Paul is an award winning Health care leader with decades of experience in the Health care industry. Paul is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with several Years of experience leading and managing Senior Care facilities in New England including Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Paul began his health care career decades ago as a Certified Nursing Assistant and over the years has navigated the health care system and has worked in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living facilities as Executive Director. Paul Joined Royal Health Care Institute as the School President with the sole mission of ensuring the training and deployment of Nursing Assistants and Homes Health Aides to meet the growing needs of CNA/HHA in facilities. Paul is responsible among other things to ensure the success and expansion of Royal HCI’s three Campuses which we currently operates in Salem, MA , Lowell MA and Framingham MA.
Yesenia Heredia
Business Operations Manager
Yesenia has been with the school since 2021 and has served as the School Business Office Manager since then, supporting students and student financial services. Yesenia enjoys support students achieve their career goals of becoming Nursing Assistants or Home Health Aides.
MERCY KIMARO BSN, RN

Ms. Has been teaching the CNA Program for over 25 years and really enjoys inspiring the next generation of Frontline Caregivers. She has taught students who have gone from CNAs to Doctors of Nursing Practice (DNP). Teaching for Ms Mercy is a passion which she enjoys so much. Ms. Ms. Mercy has been with Royal for over two years. Ms. Mercy as the program Director is responsible for ensuring program is design to meet the needs of students and Providers so that Students are ready by the time they graduate and providers also get well trained Caregivers ready to serve patients.
DIANE PERGOLA BSN, RN
NATP Primary Instructor at Lowell campus
Ms. Diane or better known by her students as “D” is a compassionate Instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience in Nursing Assistant Schools. Ma. D has taught in many CNA schools prior to joining Royal Health Care Institute in 2021. Ms. D is passionate about her students passing the State Exams and becoming licensed Nursing Assistants.
WENDY BENOIT-Santiago, LPN
NATP Instructor at Framingham Campus
Ms. Wendy has working in different health care settings for years like Nursing Homes Assisted Living, Home Heakth, etc. Wendy has found her passion for teaching the next generation of competent and skilled health care frontline caregivers. She has been teaching the CNA/HHA program for some years now and enjoys doing so every day. Wendy just want to make a difference.
KATHLEEN GIFFELS, BA

Kathleen is responsible for ensuring accurate records and record compliance with all student files. She enjoys helping instructors and school Administration with needed tasks. Kathleen enjoys working for RHCI because of the wonderful work environment created by the company.
FRANCESCA MUDZINGWA, MSN, RN

Ms. Francesca is an experienced Clinical Executive Leader and has worked in different hospitals as Chief Nursing Officer leading overall clinical operations to ensure quality patient care. Francesca joined RHCI to bring about the skilled and knowledge needed for students to succeed. She enjoys teaching students from her decades of experience background and sharing the best practices with her students.

Mrs. Manise has been with RHCI for over two years. She loves teaching CNA/HHA student. Inspiring these student for a brighter future is Manise passion. She wants to see her student succeed in their program and in the state exam. She enjoys putting in her all to ensure their students are well trained by end of the program. Always available to help her students whenever she can.

SIEN WU, EMT
CPR/ & First Aide Instructor
Sien Wu is a highly experienced HealthCare Professional. She started her career as a HealthCare office manager. After 9 years of working as a Healthcare office manager. Also has been working with EMT CPR training for 5 years. Sien's innate passion for people and helping others led her to CPR training. She has over a decade of experience working as a CPR instructor, working under American Heart Association and American Red Cross. Her trainings include, but aren't limited to, Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid/AED, and Bloodborne pathogen courses.
She loves teaching at Royle Healthcare Institute. Sien strives to help her students obtain the knowledge, skill, and confidence necessary to save lives in emergency situations.
