Launch a rewarding healthcare career with state-approved CNA and HHA training in Massachusetts.
Royal Health Care Institute (Royal HCI) is a Massachusetts state-approved healthcare training school dedicated to preparing the next generation of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs). Founded in 2019 in direct response to the Commonwealth’s growing demand for qualified direct-care workers, we partner with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living centers, group homes, clinics, and home health agencies across the state.
Our instructors bring more than 20 years of combined experience in clinical care and healthcare education. Every program blends classroom instruction, simulation lab training, and supervised hands-on clinical experience — giving graduates the skills, confidence, and credentials they need to step into the workforce and make an immediate difference.
Nurse Aide Training & Home Health Aide
Earn two credentials in one accelerated program. Our Dual Certificate Program prepares you to sit for the Massachusetts Nurse Aide Competency Evaluation and earn your Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate — opening doors to employment in long-term care facilities, hospitals, home health agencies, and more. This is one of the most efficient pathways to a healthcare career in Massachusetts.
Already have your CNA credential — or simply want to focus on home-based care? Our HHA Training Program meets Massachusetts state requirements for Home Health Aide certification, preparing you to provide skilled personal care and support to patients in their homes. Graduates are qualified to work with state-approved home health agencies across the Commonwealth.
A current CPR/BLS certification is required for most healthcare positions in Massachusetts. Our American Heart Association–aligned CPR, Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid course is open to students, healthcare workers, and community members. Complete this certification alongside your CNA or HHA training, or as a standalone course.
